Our accommodation throughout has recently been refurbished. We are pleased with the results and hope our guests will enjoy the comfort and the attention we have given to details. We have two bedrooms, both double.

One has en-suite shower facilities, the other a large private bathroom with free standing bath and separate shower.

Breakfast is a relaxed affair in the dining room, overlooking the garden which the guests are welcome to enjoy. We offer an extensive breakfast menu ranging from traditional English or Continental to a number of popular Scottish Choices. Special diets and vegetarians can easily be catered for, but please let us know in advance. Likewise we are happy to do packed lunches with prior notice.

Both rooms are equipped with tea/ coffee making facilities, colour television, radio alarm clock, hairdryer and electric blanket. Guests also have use of the snug which, on cold evenings is warmed by a log burning stove.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide evening meals but we can recommend a number of good and varied restaurants and pubs in the locality.

We have ample private parking. We are unable to accommodate children under twelve and we have no single beds. Pets and smoking are not permitted within the house.
